About SSM

Purpose and activities

We're an international movement of Spiritualists and activists, as well as an NGO registered with the UN's Economic & Social Council. Our movement consists of various groups and congregations of diverse people living throughout the world. We are non-denominational and interfaith in nature. One of our chief objectives is to help build the spiritual and mental faculties of the individual. Meaning, while there is nothing wrong with dedicating one's faith in an established religion, or even remaining nonreligious, some others might aspire to simply study and practice various schools of thought in order to find the best part and apply it to one's own SELF. In this way it is the human soul creating its own "Path", progressively leading to a personal enlightenment.

Sharing the holiday spirit with the Ronald Mcdonald House

We recently had the opportunity to share the holiday spirit with others that are hospitalized. Our President, along with his Youth Ambassador, donated stuffed Christmas stockings and other gifts to children hospitalized at the Ronald Mcdonald House - MCV location in Richmond. Other gifts donated were toys, children's activity books and packs of Bombas socks. The President stated the donation couldn't have been possible without the support of 2nd Chances Outreach Ministries Worldwide, and the help of the Youth Ambassador, Mr. Gerald. Staff members at the McDonald house extended their appreciation on behalf of the recipients. With this, our hearts are warm, and into 2024 the work will continue.

Members and affiliates of SSM attended the Permanent Forum on People of African Descent at UN headquarters New York. Attending as a modest delegation, members were present to observe, take note and to listen in on reports regarding the PFPAD. The forum was very informative, and opportunity for future networking proved viable, as many foreign government representatives and NGOs from abroad were in attendance. All was a success, and much information was gained in support of people of African descent. It is with these efforts that we strive to become a voice in the international community for those we dare defend and speak on behalf of.
